Massage is a useful tool that can soothe sore muscles, improve range of motion, and provide a calm and relaxed feeling to expectant moms.  As her partner, you can learn simple steps for how to effectively massage your pregnant partner.

  • Class is approximately 90 minutes and is private.
  • Must be in 2nd or 3rd trimester
  • No high risk pregnancies
  • Reference materials will be provided for you to use at home
  • Class is $100
